VITAMIN ZEN RETURN POLICY 

 

We do our very best to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases and the service we provide.  In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product; or that your product arrives to you damaged/faulty, we will offer you a refund or exchange on your purchase. PLEASE make sure you contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can arrange this. The item must be returned within 30 days of you receiving the item. 

In the case you change your mind, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We are a small business, and after our expenses, free shipping, paying staff and partial profits being donated to charity, we do not make enough profits to have discarded products that cannot be resold. Please choose carefully when purchasing- read the product description and look at the pictures to makes sure it is the right thing for you. We have gone to efforts to make sure there is ample information, measurements, descriptions and photos of each product so that you can make an informed decision on your purchase.
